    Bruce Young

    CPA, CA, CEA, Estates & Trusts Advisor

    Bruce is an accountant (CPA, CA) with a multidisciplinary skill set and extensive business experience. His career spans leadership roles for private equity and family investors of small to midsize companies, along with his professional work while at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) that included litigation support and cross-border tax services.

    His results-oriented, pragmatic approach is the foundation for Collective Agreement, his consultancy service specializing in estate and trust administration. Integrating innovative technology designed for estate and trust professionals, he helps optimize client outcomes.

    Based in Toronto, he works with clients across Canada that are referred by their professional advisors, typically for more complex or contentious estate/trust matters.

    B.Sc, LL.B., TEP, Mediator of Estates Disputes, Author "Bobby Gets Bubkes: Navigating the Sibling Estate Fight”

    Charles Ticker is a former estate litigation lawyer with over 40 years of experience. He is also qualified and experienced mediator and mediates estate disputes in all areas of estate litigation and estate administration with a focus on sibling estate disputes. Charles received his mediator training at Harvard Law School. His vast experience as a mediator allows him to have an intimate understanding of the mediation process.

    Ari Brojde

    Ari Brojde is the co-founder and CEO of Estateably, an estate, trust, and incapacity accounting & administration software used by over 1,000 firms across North America. He is an estate planning expert with a Certificate in Trust and Estate Administration and is an executor advisor designate of the Canadian Institute of Certified Executor Advisors.

    Melanie Russell

    Melanie E. Russell, FCPA, FCA, CBV, CIM, CFE, CFF, ABV, FDRP-Val, Founder and President of Kalex Partners Inc. – her current practice focuses on business valuations, litigation support and dispute analysis, financial/forensic investigations, corporate finance and education. She has qualified as an expert witness in the areas of valuation, forensic accounting, income analyses and loss of income calculations in a number of cases in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court and the Federal Court of Canada. She has also acted as an accounting expert in arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings (e.g., collaborative family practice), and negotiated a number of buy/sell transactions. She has taught at various institutions, authored various articles and professional material, and has had a number of years marking, authoring and co-ordinating professional examinations including the CICBV Membership Qualifying Examination.
