Kathryn Balter is a partner in Fogler, Rubinoff LLP's Wills and Estates group. Her practice is focused on helping clients achieve their estate-planning goals by providing advice on wills, trusts, the transfer of assets, powers of attorney, and estate administration. She works in partnership with her clients to help them navigate complex matters and to protect and plan for the transfer of their personal assets. Kathryn is active in the estates and trusts bar and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) Executive for trusts and estates law as well as a student member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP).

Catherine joined IG Wealth Management as a Consultant in February, 2005 and was appointed to Division Director in January, 2010. Catherine manages a dynamic team of Consultants, a role she drives with passion. She provides the Consultants with mentoring, coaching and training support to help them build a successful financial planning practice.

As a practicing Certified Financial Planner professional, she uses a consultative approach to help you connect to what you deeply care about and make intelligent decisions regarding your finances.
