Course Description

Edyta Pacuk

Edyta Pacuk is the President of MarchFifteen Consulting, a firm that specializes in Strategic Talent Management. She is a charismatic speaker who engages audiences with her awareness of current trends, extensive knowledge and analysis of the subject, and thought-provoking questions.

Edyta has presented in a number of speaking engagements including ones for HRPA Annual Conferences, Federated Press, Tom Deans, the MRG Global Conference, and the Women’s Leadership Forum. Being an expert in leadership development and organizational transformation, some of the topics she has spoken on are:

In addition to her law degree, Edyta holds Masters Degrees in Industrial Sociology, Organizational Psychology and Adult Education. She also serves as a member of the faculty for the University of Toronto’s MMPA program, and is a member on the board of Outward Bound Canada and the Pine River Foundation. She is certified in a variety of behaviour and personality assessments and is a Master Trainer in the Management Research Group (MRG) suite of tools.
