Jeffrey Brown

Jeffrey Brown is a partner with Fuller Landau LLP in Toronto where he leads seven professionals dedicated to US tax services. A former partner with KPMG Canada, Jeffrey founded BoTax, the Boston Tax Advisory Company Ltd. (BoTax) in 2013 which he merged into Fuller Landau in 2018.

Jeffrey is a licensed as a CPA in Massachusetts where he was also called to the bar. A graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, Bentley College and Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, Jeffrey has more than 30 years of pure tax experience, Jeffrey and his team assist both Americans in Canada and Canadian companies with US federal and state income and sales tax matters, planning and tax controversy resolution.

Robert Kepes

Robert is a co-founder and partner with Morris Kepes Winters LLP, one of Canada’s largest cross-border tax boutique law firms. MKW was recently voted one of Canada’s Top Ten Tax Boutiques by Canadian Lawyer magazine.

Robert graduated from McGill University Law School (B.C.L., LL.B.) and has been a tax lawyer for 30 years. Robert provides advice regarding Canadian tax and estate planning; and tax litigation and representation with respect to CRA audits and appeals. A large portion of Robert’s practice includes private owner-managed companies, entrepreneurs, professionals, and high net worth individuals, both foreign and domestic.

Robert was the Chair of the Ontario Bar Association Tax Section Executive (2012 – 2013).

Robert is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, The Advocate’s Society, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Estate Planning Council of Toronto, the Canadian Tax Foundation, and the Canadian Bar Association.
