Michael Ding is a Tax Lawyer at WeirFoulds LLP with a practice that focuses on dispute resolution, advice, and domestic and international taxation planning. Michael has appeared before the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Michael was a Crown counsel with the Department of Justice providing advice and representing the CRA in contentious tax litigation matters. Michael was also a former judicial law clerk to the judges at the Tax Court of Canada and holds a Juris Doctor in the Tax Law Stream from Osgoode Hall Law School.
