Craig Dootson manages all aspects of portfolio administration for Pivot financials SME lending platform, including financial monitoring, collateral analysis, and amendments together with the assessment of new business opportunities. Pivot provides senior and subordinated debt solutions to Canadian companies ranging from $1-$10mln and customizes each transaction to suit the needs of each client. Transaction profiles include turnarounds, early stage or high sales growth, or other events resulting in unacceptable leverage by traditional banking standards. Craig started his career in asset-based lending in 2009 with UK based Aldermore Bank. He moved to UK based Bibby Financial Services in 2016 as client Relationship Manager within their specialist division. Craig managed a portfolio which included trade, export, and construction finance products. In 2018 he moved to Bibby Financial Services Canada as VP, Portfolio and Operations Manager where he was part of the senior management team. Craig attended the University of Salford where he achieved a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Quantitative Business Management.

Nick Dounas leads Pathward’s (https://www.pathward.com/; NASDAQ: CASH) efforts in establishing a lower mid-market asset based lending (ABL) platform in Canada. Pathward is a reasonably priced alternative to the Canadian banks, which provides financing to businesses when they are having financial difficulty, resulting from poor performance to high growth. The industries best serviced by Pathward are Manufacturing, Distribution, Staffing, Transportation, Oilfield Services, etc. He is a seasoned Asset Based Lending professional who has held multiple positions in the Canadian Asset Based Lending Industry, namely Field Auditor, Financial Analyst, Relationship Manager, Senior Underwriter and Business Development. Within the Asset Based Lending industry, He has been previously held positions at ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and TD Bank. Previous to that Mr. Dounas was employed by KPMG LLP. Throughout his career He has been exposed to lower mid-market up to large corporate profiles. His experience has led him to be exposed to multiple lending products providing traditional commercial revolving facilities, equipment lease, industrial real estate and subordinated debt financing. He is a graduate of the Honours Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Toronto.
