    Kyle Lamothe

    Kyle’s practice focuses on Canadian tax planning for businesses, individuals, and trusts, with a particular emphasis on owner-managed businesses, cross-border issues, high net worth families, and professionals. He advises on all aspects of domestic and international tax law, including corporate structuring and reorganizations, private wealth and estate planning, business succession planning, immigration/emigration, purchase and sale transactions, and structuring professional groups.

    Kyle takes pride in providing practical solutions that are tax-efficient, communicated in a clear, straightforward manner. As a specialist, he frequently collaborates with clients’ existing advisors to deliver integrated plans that meet the client’s unique needs and priorities.

    Kyle is a frequent speaker and author on tax topics for the Canadian Tax Foundation, Law Society of Ontario, Ontario Bar Association, Chartered Professional Accountants Ontario, and other organizations. He is a current member of the Programming Committee for the Ontario Tax Conference and a former member of the CTF Toronto Young Practitioners Steering Committee.
