Michael Crampton

Michael Crampton is a lawyer in CP LLP’s litigation group. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and in private arbitrations. Michael practices in the areas of corporate, commercial and civil litigation, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and real estate litigation. Before joining CP LLP, Michael clerked for a judge of the Federal Court in Ottawa. Michael graduated from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law as the Law Society of Saskatchewan Silver Medalist and won other awards in company law, employment law and evidence law. While studying, Michael was a Managing Editor of the Saskatchewan Law Review where he edited numerous articles on commercial law topics and assisted with organizing the Estey Workshop on Business Law, on the future of the public company, held in Calgary in 2016.

Keira Zlahtic

Keira Zlahtic is an associate in the CP LLP litigation group, where she supports the group’s broad commercial litigation practice covering contract disputes, shareholder-based actions, employment law, insurance, real estate, and construction litigation. Prior to joining CP LLP, Keira summered and articled a Toronto-based full-service law firm where she obtained experience in the corporate, securities, litigation, real estate, and indigenous law rotations. Prior to law school, Keira lived abroad in both South Africa, where she volunteered for Legal Aid SA, Cape Town, and in France, where she worked as a teaching assistant for Le Rectueur de L’Academie de Lille.
