Course description

A lot of people are experiencing stress and anxiety at new levels. But we’re not designed to be on high-alert and feel stressed and anxious all the time. We’re supposed to feel our natural state of ease, joy and connection more of the time. When we don’t, it takes a toll on us mentally and can lead to negative health outcomes. We’re also less conscious and thoughtful about our reactions and decisions and become unable to move towards the things we want in life. So, there’s no better time than now to learn how to regulate nervous system to have optimal well-being in times of stress.
