Robin Dodokin

Robin Dodokin has over 27 years of dispute resolution experience as an experienced commercial litigator, mediator, and arbitrator. She was admitted as a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has been designated as a Qualified Arbitrator and Mediator by the ADR Institute of Canada and a Family Business Advisor by the Family Firm Institute. She is a Roster Arbitrator at Arbitration Place. In 2017, Robin founded the law firm Dodokin Law & Conflict Resolution, offering legal services and conflict resolution services including mediation and arbitration. Prior to that she was a partner at a mid-size Toronto law firm. Robin has been appointed to arbitrate commercial disputes and her expertise encompasses commercial, contract, business, insolvency, real estate, and family business disputes. Robin also has expertise in relationship preservation and dispute avoidance work through facilitation, mediation, and conflict coaching, Before and during the pandemic she has embraced and developed her virtual conflict resolution business. Robin is also a co-editor of ‘Arbitration and Business Cases, which summarizes important arbitration and business cases.

Eric Morgan

Eric is a partner at Kushneryk Morgan LLP, a law firm specializing in corporate governance advice and dispute resolution. He advises and represents families, founders, management, independent directors, companies, organizations and investors on their roles, responsibilities and relationships to help create a dynamic and productive business environment to foster success, while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Eric also acts as a mediator and arbitrator, and is a member of Arbitration Place and the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre.
