  • How to leverage, evaluate and improve your resilience.
  • How to support your team through change and uncertainty.
  • A way to measure and help you understand and develop resilience with your team.

Maria Milanetti

Maria Milanetti, Partner at MarchFifteen Consulting, is an Executive Coach and Senior Organizational Development and Management Consultant with over 20 years of experience. She has mastery in Coaching, Leadership Assessments, Talent Management and Succession Planning. She works with clients in both the public and private sector.

Maria specializes in helping leaders to take their organization to the next level of accomplishment and achievement. As a coach and consultant, she has worked internationally with large clients, including: banks, financial organizations, sports companies, mining and consumer goods. She is experienced at working across cultures and geographies.

Maria is most passionate about helping clients to progress in their leadership journey through helping them to:

Craig applies his expertise in Leadership Assessment and Development, Executive Coaching, Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement to implement solutions that optimize performance. Known as an innovative, solutions-oriented practitioner and speaker Craig works alongside leaders and companies to achieve their business goals, selecting the researched, best-practice tools and methodologies that will help them achieve their strategic objectives.

Craig holds a Doctorate in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa, is a member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, as well as the Canadian Society of Association Executives. Craig is also a member of the Associate Faculty of the University of Toronto.
