Molly Luu

Molly Luu is an advocate whose practice focuses on tax litigation. Before joining Miller Thomson LLP, Molly completed her articles at a national law firm in Toronto. After which, she spent a year as a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court of Justice. She was a Tax Controversy Partner at a commercial boutique before joining Miller Thomson LLP.

Molly is a problem solver. Drawing from her experience as investigative tax counsel who was routinely retained to review unintended tax consequences, she quickly identifies what lies at the heart of a problem. This enables her to act swiftly and efficiently to address the issue. She is mindful of the fact that less-obvious creative solutions are often the best ones. She is an expert at learning about her clients and their businesses and affairs with an aim to solve their tax controversies and grow with her clients and their businesses.

Justin Ng

Justin Ng is building a broad tax law practice, focusing on tax litigation, tax planning and corporate tax matters. He is committed to helping clients find pragmatic, cost-effective solutions to their tax disputes and audits involving the Canada Revenue Agency. Justin is a contributing co-author of a chapter for a forthcoming Canadian Tax Foundation text, and has been published in several journals including Business Law International and Taxes & Wealth Management.

Marie-Hélène Tremblay

Marie-Hélène Tremblay is a tax lawyer who assists taxpayers by intervening in audits and objection processes before Revenu Québec and the Canada Revenue Agency, and representing her clients at the judicial level before the provincial and federal courts. In addition, she offers a wide range of legal services that help her clients, prevent tax litigation. Marie-Hélène also serves as Leader of Miller Thomson’s Tax Disputes Resolution & Commodity Taxes Group.
