Course Description

Cyber security has become an essential practice for businesses across a variety of industries, especially the accounting industry. With the increase of cyberattacks globally, hackers can easily identify vulnerable systems that contain confidential information and can target such firms. Charles Bennett

Charles Bennett, MBA - Principal Consultant

Charles is founder of Triella, having +30 years of experience in the IT services industry focused primarily on professional service firms. Prior to founding Triella, he was the IT Director at a national law firm in Canada. His primary focus is on assisting his lower mid-market clients on obtaining peace of mind while his team focuses on implementing Cloud infrastructure, managed services and all things IT to keep their firms safe and running.

He earned his Executive MBA from University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Technology degree from Ryerson University. Outside of work, he loves cooking and traveling.

Faraz Mehmood

Faraz Mehmood, Client Success Manager

Faraz joined Triella in 2020 and is focused on client account management, cybersecurity implementation and in business development. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia. Outside of work he loves all things IT.

Alex Rodas

Alex Rodas, CISM, CDPSE

Alex has practiced IT +25 years, whereby his main career focus has been managing and directing IT operations for SMEs. He holds the CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) and CDPSE (Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer) certifications from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). Outside of IT consulting, Alex is a lecturer at the University of Toronto and co-instructs the Enterprise IT Risk Management course for the school of continuing studies program. He is an active volunteer in the community and enjoys helping others. He supports a non-profit organization with its cybersecurity program for newcomers to Canada.
