Monica’s practice is focused on tax litigation and dispute resolution with the Canada Revenue Agency and the Department of Justice. She advises clients on disputes relating to income tax, GST/HST and other provincial taxes.
Stephanie provides advocacy and advisory support to clients involved in tax disputes with a particular focus on trust and estate issues.
Josh is a tax litigator who deals with all aspects of the dispute resolution process against the CRA. He has extensive experience representing taxpayers in various federal and provincial courts. In addition to being called to the bar of Ontario, Josh holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation.
