    Michael draws on his in-depth understanding of tax and corporate law to help clients take advantage of business opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate tax. He advises a wide range of clients across Canada and internationally. Michael is a member of the firm’s Tax and Estates & Trusts Groups. His practice involves personal and corporate tax planning, shareholder disputes and remediation, succession planning, corporate reorganizations, restructuring and cross-border transactions. He also has extensive experience advising on inbound and outbound tax structuring; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; corporate financings; investment fund structuring and taxation; tax controversy resolution; and private client services.
